Salon Reservation Agreement

1. When you create a Salon Reservation (appointment) via in person at our salon, text, phone call or online, including but not limited to our website and third party websites with accounts linked to Misti Nicole Atlanta, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions and the 100% booking fee for each and every service booked. 

 Reservation reminders along with confirmation requests will be sent via text and/or email to the phone number and/or email you provide Misti Nicole Atlanta both 48 hours prior to your salon reservation and 24 hours prior to your salon reservation. 

It is solely your responsibility to confirm and/or cancel with no less than 24 hours prior to your reserved time of services by contacting us one of the ways listed above. All reservations require a valid card on file.

2. CARD ON FILE NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS

All reservations both current and future bookings now require a credit or debit card on file to hold your reservation. Gift cards of any kind, including but not limited to, reloadable VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, MISTI NICOLE ATLANTA, etc cannot be used to hold your reservation or future bookings. The credit/debit card you provide on file will be charged should you no show, alter, adjust, switch your reservation without our required minimum 24-hour notification of cancellation, rescheduling, switching or adjusting your reservation. No exceptions. Cards that have expired and cannot hold the reservation will result in a cancelled reservation by us and you will need to provide a current card to receive a new reservation. We will not hold a reservation without a card on file. No exceptions

Directions to update card on file: Click button below 'Update Card on File'. Follow sign in instructions. Your cell phone number is your sign in. Click the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the upper right corner. Look at the bottom for the words, 'My Account' and click it. Then select 'Cards on file'. Then select 'Add credit or debit card'. Follow instructions.

 Changing/Altering/No Show Reservation Agreement

3. All reservations require a 24-hour notice of altering, cancelling, rescheduling or any form of adjusting the reservation. Any form of altering, cancelling, rescheduling or adjusting the reservation less than 24 hours will incur the 100% full booking fee which is attached to your reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, changing reservation to a different time on same day or different day, changing which services are reserved (ex: color and cut and now only wants color), etc. If you need to alter what services, time, person(s) then you will need to contact MISTI NICOLE ATLANTA and receive confirmation from MISTI NICOLE ATLANTA with no less than 24 hours prior to reserved time. No exceptions.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the full booking fee for each and every service booked. Late Arrivals including 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will incur 100% of the booking fees for each and every service booked. No refunds will be provided.

Emergency/illness: please contact MISTI NICOLE ATLANTA immediately upon an emergency or illness and each situation will be assessed individually.

4. VIRUS + SICKNESS

We understand there are various viruses, flu types and covid variations throughout the year. We have always and will continue to respectfully request should you and/or a family member in your household become ill from a virus, flu type, covid or other various contagious illness, please cancel your salon reservation (appointment) immediately. While some of these may mean you do not have a fever, however mucus and other bodily fluids containing your virus, flu or covid is contagious.

Because we work so closely with you, we are exposed. We could potentially pass it on to our other guests and their families as well as ourselves. We are self employed which means we do not have any paid time off and missing one day/ one week of income impacts us both physically and financially. That time and income cannot be replaced. We can always reschedule your salon reservation (appointment) and we make you a priority to get you back in as soon as possible. 

Payment Due


5. Payment for reservations and product purchases are required upon completion of services and before leaving salon. No exceptions. Payment forms accepted are CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, Checks, Klarna, Afterpay, Payment plans, post-dated payments, bartering or anything not listed as accepted forms of payment. No exceptions.

Let me make it clear, if you wish to leave without paying for your services rendered and/or products to be purchased, you are legally committing theft of services/ robbery and I will press charges and legal fees. I WILL NOT WAIVER.

6. SERVICE REFUNDS + ADJUSTMENTS

We do not provide any refunds for any service(s) provided at Misti Nicole Atlanta. Should you have an issue with your hair service, you will need to contact us within 7 calendar days of your completed salon reservation (appointment) service(s) in writing via either email or text. We will provide you the option of one adjustment per service per that one single salon reservation (appointment). Should you refuse the adjustment or fail to provide a written request of the single adjustment, then no adjustments can be made to your service(s) provided and it is deemed you are satisfied. Anything beyond those 7 calendar days of service completed will require payment for full service of adjustment total. Any adjustments made by you or another person not staffed at Misti Nicole Atlanta will void any warranty and adjustments to your service(s).

Children/Parents/Pets

Our salon is a quiet, relaxing environment curated for adults seeking relaxation and professional beauty services.

No children or pets allowed during your salon reservation.

Only legal service animals are allowed during salon reservation. GA State Board explicitly restricts emotional support animals.

No children of any kind under the age of 16 can be present at your reservation unless they have their own reservation with MISTI NICOLE ATLANTA. No children of any kind under the age of 16 can be present while parent is receiving a chemical/color service. No exceptions.
We will not perform any chemical/color services on children of any kind under the age of 14 and parents/legal guardian must be present during the entire service. Parents/Legal Guardian must always be present with any child of any kind under the age of 18.

Emergencies/Illness: If an emergency arises and your childcare/parent/spouse/legal guardian/grandparent/etc. cannot keep your child of any kind, please contact us immediately so we can adjust your reservation. Each situation will be assessed individually.

Retail Product Refunds, Exchanges or Returns

All unopened retail purchased at Misti Nicole Atlanta may be exchanged or returned for a full 100% refund within 10 calendar days of purchase should there be a manufacturer defect and receipt included. All receipts are provided via email or text at the end of your purchase. You may exchange a purchased retail product within 10 calendar days to Misti Nicole Atlanta with no less than an average 10 calendar days use or 5% of full bottle, whichever is greater, for a full exchange for another retail product of equal value or less. Should you wish to purchase a product that is greater in value than the returned product, you will pay the difference of the balance owed. The new product received due to the exchange or return will not be eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturer defect in which you have 10 calendar days from date you received said retail product to notify us in writing via text or email.

Lost or Stolen Items Policy

We are not held responsible for any personal items left at Misti Nicole Atlanta. Please be sure to check to make sure you have not left anything behind before leaving your salon reservation (appointment).
