To preserve a refined and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and our team, we kindly request that phone conversations and in-salon dialogue remain respectful, soft-spoken, and free of profanity or aggressive language.
Digital Etiquette
To preserve a serene audio environment for all guests, we kindly request that all phones and devices be kept on silent. If you wish to watch videos, listen to music, or join a virtual meeting during your service, please utilize personal headphones.
The 24-Hour Policy
Your time with us is intentionally curated, and a valid card is required to secure all reservations. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly require at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
By requesting a reservation in person, via text, phone, or online, you agree to our terms and authorize a 100% booking fee of the total reserved services for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments.
Reminders & Confirmation
As a courtesy, automated confirmation requests and reminders are sent via text and email both 48 and 24 hours prior to your time. However, it remains the client’s sole responsibility to manage, confirm, or cancel their reservation within the required 24-hour window.
Emergencies & Illness
We understand that true emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. In these rare events, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation individually.

Service Downgrades & Last-Minute Adjustments
The 24-hour policy applies to any change to your reservation. This includes changing your appointment time, moving days, or dropping a portion of your scheduled services (e.g., keeping a color but omitting a cut). Any service changes or adjustments made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur 100% of the original booking fee. No exceptions.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
To ensure each guest receives an unhurried, pristine experience, we operate strictly on schedule. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled and will be charged 100% of the booking fee for all reserved services. No-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service total. All booking fees are non-refundable.

At Misti Nicole Atlanta, we pride ourselves on delivering a polished, custom experience. While we do not offer financial refunds on any services rendered, your satisfaction is our absolute priority.
The 7-Day Adjustment Window
If your results require a refinement, please contact us in writing via text or email within 7 calendar days of your original appointment. We are happy to provide one complimentary adjustment service to ensure your look is absolutely perfect.
Terms & Conditions
Timeframe: Any adjustment requests made past the 7-day window will be treated as a new service and billed at full price.
Third-Party Modifications: Altering your hair yourself or visiting another stylist outside of Misti Nicole Atlanta automatically voids our service guarantee, and no complimentary adjustments can be made.
Finality: If a written request is not received within 7 days, or if the offered adjustment service is declined, the look is considered finalized.

A Clean & Safe Environment
To ensure our salon space remains a pristine, healthy sanctuary for all of our guests, we kindly request that you reschedule your reservation immediately if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (including the flu, cold variations, or COVID-19). Out of respect for the close-proximity nature of our services, clients displaying active signs of illness will not be serviced.

As an independent boutique salon, our time and health directly impact our livelihood and the well-being of every guest we welcome. When you choose to reschedule early out of health caution, we will prioritize your new reservation to get you back into the chair as soon as you are fully recovered.

A Luxury Experience for All Ages
We are delighted to welcome younger guests who have their own scheduled appointments. To ensure their safety around professional styling tools and to maintain the serene atmosphere of our space, we kindly require that all children receiving services are of an age and maturity level to sit comfortably and independently through the duration of their luxury ritual.
Salon Etiquette: To preserve a relaxing sanctuary for all guests, children must be able to maintain a quiet, calm demeanor. If a child becomes excessively distressed, restless, or unable to remain safely still during their service, we may need to gently pause or reschedule the appointment to protect their safety and the salon's peaceful environment. Standard booking fees will apply.
Age Restrictions for Color: We do not perform chemical or color services on children under the age of 14.
Chaperone Requirements: A parent or legal guardian must remain present in the salon for the entire duration of any service provided to a minor under the age of 18. For safety and space limitations, children may not accompany a parent who is receiving their own chemical or color service.
To maintain the pristine sanitation standards required by the Georgia State Board, pets are not permitted inside the salon. Officially trained and legally defined service animals are always welcome. Please note that Georgia State Board regulations explicitly prohibit emotional support animals within the salon space.
To ensure a worry-free experience, we kindly ask that you keep your personal items close by during your service. Misti Nicole Atlanta is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings within the salon space.
